  • Continuing Education Equivalency:
    NOTE: The CEE application applies to Hawaii salespersons and brokers who hold a current, unencumbered (no conditions or disciplinary actions attached to the license) real estate broker or salesperson license in another state/jurisdiction, and successfully completed the CE requirements in that state/jurisdiction. This equivalency is for ELECTIVE COURSE HOURS ONLY.  If granted, the licensee will still be required to complete the core course (Parts A & B) in order to fulfill Hawaii's CE requirement.  The application will only be available on our website until December 31, 2024.

Condominium Project Registration (514A, HRS) (Repealed)

Chapter 514A, HRS, has been fully repealed and the select sections temporarily re-enacted for one year effective July 1, 2019, pursuant to Act 223, SLH 2019 have sunsetted as of July 1, 2020. The Hawaii Real Estate Commission is no longer accepting any Chapter 514A, HRS, reports.

Chapter 514A, HRS, projects that were active and accurate between January 1, 2019 and July 1, 2020 are automatically transferred into chapter 514B, HRS. Projects that were not active and accurate must re-register under chapter 514B, HRS, to legally offer developer units for initial sale. Additional guidance will be issued by the Hawaii Real Estate Commission.
