You will find many of our services available online. These online services were created to help save Hawaii consumers and businesses time and money. You may also visit our offices in person to meet with our friendly staff. 

Our priority is to protect Hawaii consumers. We believe that educated consumers make better decisions in their everyday lives so we provide information to help them make smart choices in the marketplace. To protect consumers we license and regulate more than 120,000 professionals, including doctors, dentists, contractors and auto repair mechanics. We also oversee insurance companies, financial institutions, cable television, and local businesses. Check out our homepage for more information on the areas which fall under the DCCA.
