The Hawaii Real Estate Branch and Hawaii Real Estate Commission maintain a free public database that contains every condominium project that has registered for legal developer sales and the most recent biennial association of unit owners registration. You may search by project/association name, TMK, address, developer, or registration number.

 

The Hawaii Real Estate Commission occasionally issues non-binding interpretations regarding condominium and real estate licensure questions on issues brought before it.
