Congratulations on taking a step towards buying a condominium! The Hawaii Real Estate Commission has created a wide variety of publications that serve to help educate prospective buyers in understanding condominium ownership and living covering the basics, buyer’s checklist, realities of condominium living, and more!

The Commission also has an education video series for prospective buyers in addition to video seminars on condominium living.

Finally, the Commission maintains a database for every Developer’s Public Report, which serves as the developer’s disclosure document detailing all of the material and pertinent information for the initial sale by developer.
