The Division of Consumer Advocacy filed its Post-Evidentiary Hearing Reply Brief regarding NextEra Energy Inc.’s proposed acquisition of Hawaiian Electric Co., with the Public Utilities Commission yesterday. Today the Division of Consumer Advocacy filed its Pre-Hearing Brief in the NextEra – Hawaiian Electric Merger. The Brief is filed in advance of the evidentiary hearing to be held November 30 – December 16 at the Neal Blaisdell Center. You can read the Division of Consumer Advocacy’s Brief here.
