Public Utilities Transportation Specialist

Salary: $6,949 to $$8,455 per month

Duties Summary:

The PU Transportation Specialist provides support services in the investigation, analysis and evaluation either of public utilities or of public transportation enterprises throughout the State to the Public Utilities Commission through the Administrative Director, while concurrently participating in the development or revision of regulations, standards or policies governing enterprises in the assigned area; and perform other related duties as assigned.

 


OFFICE ASSISTANT IV

Salary: $3,194 – $4,038 per month

Duties Summary:

The office assistant executes advanced clerical tasks with independence and discretion, including evaluation of complex information, interpretation of regulations, and substantive decision-making, while performing senior-level clerical functions and other related duties as assigned.


Legal Clerk

Salary: $3,730 – $4,723 per month

Duties Summary:

The Legal Clerk independently executes diverse legal clerical tasks in support of attorneys, primarily involving the preparation, processing, and filing of complex legal and court documents with courts or quasi-judicial bodies, adhering to strict deadlines and performing other related duties as assigned.

Salary: $4,038 to $5,111 per month

Duties Summary: A Secretary serves as a trusted personal assistant which require a close and confidential relationship with the manager or administrator served; an overall awareness of the activities and administrative framework of the organization; and the performance of a variety of clerical and minor administrative duties which are auxiliary to the work of the manager or administrator served.
