In response to ongoing challenges and uncertainties, the Commission has issued an order directing Maui regulated utilities to immediately suspend any termination or disconnection of regulated utility services due to non-payment or the assessment of other charges through October 17th, 2023.

What Does This Mean for You? During this period, you can be confident that your essential utility services will not be disconnected due to non-payment.

Our Commitment to Aid Additionally, the order directs affected utilities to actively pursue all available aid and support programs, further ensuring that our community remains connected and supported during these trying times.
