Broadband

Chapter 440J, Hawaii Revised Statutes, has been repealed in its entirety pursuant to Act 194, effective July 3, 2023.  Accordingly, all cable operators, telecommunications carriers, telecommunications common carriers, and commercial mobile radio service providers that provide broadband service in the State of Hawaii are no longer required to file reports or information under that chapter.
