Pest Control
In the State of Hawaii, pest control operators and the field representatives they employ must be licensed. A field operators license is required to identify infestations, make inspections, submit bids, and sign contracts on behalf of a licensed operator.
Under Hawaii law, licensed pest control operators are required to keep inspection reports, contracts, and other documents related to termite control for a period of two years.
