Gov. David Ige’s 8th Supplementary Proclamation included the Rules Relating to Safety Guidelines for Barbers and Beauty Operators. Beauty School Renewal Information...

  • All Licenses regardless of issuance date, are subject to renewal by December 31 of every year.
On-time renewals for the licensing period of January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020

(BAR, BEO, BAS, BSH, I) Forfeited licenses may be restored within 3 years and subject to meeting restoration requirements.
Failure to restore a forfeited license within 3 years after the license expiration date will require a written explanation along with supporting documentation and will be subject to approval by the board.
