Insure U – Get Smart About Insurance

SO WHAT CAN YOU DO TO GET SMART ABOUT YOUR INSURANCE?

Insure U – Get Smart About Insurance

Ever feel overwhelmed trying to figure out your insurance?
Well, now you have help. Together the State of Hawaii’s Insurance Division and the national organization for insurance regulators (National Association of Insurance Commissioners) developed a series of educational materials aimed at you, the consumer. The materials take into account your current stage of life and which insurance products you are most likely to need.

  • Young Singles – Out on your own for the first time
  • Young Families – Recently married with young children
  • Established Families – Now the kids are becoming teenagers
  • Empty Nesters and Seniors – Time to reevaluate your needs without children and plan for retirement
They say “Knowledge is power,” and now you have it all right here in easy to understand, everyday terms. Now everyone can feel “smart” about insurance. For more information, visit www.insureuonline.org where you can take the interactive “Insure U” quiz to see what you know about your coverage needs. The tips provided by NAIC are just the beginning. Refer to the Consumer Publications page (link on the left) of this site for more detailed materials related to specific types of insurance. Contact us with questions you may have.
