The purpose of this memorandum is to inform all insurers that the Insurance Division implemented a reorganization of its Rate and Policy Analysis (“RPA”) Branch. This reorganization restructures the former RPA Branch into two specialized units: Life and Accident & Health (“LAH”) Filings Branch and Property and Casualty (“P&C”) Filings Branch.
