Consumer Advocacy – Public Utilities (DCA)

The Division of Consumer Advocacy filed its Reply Comments regarding Hawaiian Electric’s status reports on the three SunEdison projects previously procured through a waiver from the competitive bidding framework.  Read a copy of Consumer Advocate’s Reply Comments here.  Reply Comments were filed in the dockets for each of the projects previously approved by the Public Utilities Commission: Docket Nos. 2014-0356, 2014-0357, and 2014-0359.
