Nov 14, Symposium on Exploring Programs and Policies for Deep Energy Efficiency OpportunitiesPosted on Oct 29, 2018 in Important Events
The symposium is being organized by the Hawaii State Energy Office.
The State Energy Office is interested in exploring best practices in developing deep energy efficiency programs. This symposium will discuss programs and policies that could stimulate the adoption of greater, deeper energy efficiency (EE) sooner than later. Deeper EE in all sectors (behind and before the meter) is important to reduce our energy use as well as to reduce our use of imported fossil fuels. The symposium will explore the value and impacts such programs and policies could bring to Hawaii. Aggressively tackling EE also supports our goal to achieve 100% renewable by 2045.
