Consumer Advocacy – Public Utilities (DCA)

Hawaiian Electric is seeking public input on a strategy to increase rooftop solar and similar customer energy resources (CER) to the scale needed to reach the state’s clean energy benchmarks. CER includes customer-sited resources like rooftop solar and batteries, electric vehicles and emerging electricity management technologies.
