COVID-19
Walk-in services at the Division of Consumer Advocacy have resumed. Staff are available during normal work hours (7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday) to meet the needs of the public over the phone, online, and in-person.

The DCCA will be open 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM (Hawaii Standard Time), Monday to Friday, except state holidays.
