Architects, Professional Engineers, Landscape Architects, and Land Surveyors to Renew Licenses Online at MyPVL

HONOLULU – The Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA) is pleased to announce that more than 9,900 Hawaii professionals may now renew their licenses online at pvl.ehawaii.gov/mypvl.   Professionals able to renew online for this cycle include:

• Architects
• Land Surveyors
• Landscape Architects
• Professional Engineers

The program is a part of the highly successful effort by DCCA to implement efficient online services for businesses and professionals.  During the last renewal cycle which concluded on January 31, 2016, more than 27,700 (90%) professionals, including doctors, dentists, accountants, and pharmacists renewed their licenses online.

Instructions for completing the online renewal have been mailed to each current license holder.  The deadline to renew for this group is April 30, 2016.

“PVL is committed to providing more online services for all of our licensees,” said PVL Licensing Administrator, Celia Suzuki.  “We appreciate everyone’s continued support.”

MyPVL service enables 24/7 access to information and services from a single dashboard for all PVL licensees.  It was created through a partnership with PVL and the state’s internet portal manager, Hawaii Information Consortium, LLC.  The service is one of many online services for citizens and businesses offered through the state’s official website, eHawaii.gov (www.ehawaii.gov).
