HAWAII REAL ESTATE COMMISSION MEETINGS AND CONSULTATIONS TO TAKE PLACE ON MAUI JANUARY 13
Open meeting offers public chance to comment on Real Estate Commission programs, consultations by appointment offer in-person real estate and condominium expertise.
HONOLULU – The Real Estate Commission will convene its standing committee meetings at the REALTORS® Association of Maui office on Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016.
Real estate licensees, government officials, members of the condominium community, educators, and interested individuals and organizations are encouraged to participate in these public meetings.
The committees invite comments and recommendations on current and future programs. The Laws and Rules Review Committee meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Condominium Review Committee and Education Review Committee meetings.
Specialists in real estate and condominium issues will also be available on Maui January 13 for individual meetings between 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. or by appointment.
The real estate specialist will be available to answer questions about licensing laws and rules, licensing applications, broker experience certificate applications, examination administration, continuing education, new legislation, real estate commission procedures, educational programs, and other related topics.
The condominium specialist will be available to answer questions about boards, associations, meetings, condominium managing agents, condominium association registration, fidelity bonding, condominium property regime statute, public reports, project registration, new legislation, reserves, and other condominium-related topics.
