Renewal Information
(Renew by December 31 every even-numbered year)
  • All Licenses regardless of issuance date, are subject to renewal by December 31 of every even-numbered year.
On-time renewals for the licensing period of January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027

Renewals Accepted: November 4, 2024 to December 31, 2024
Renewal Postcard Mailout: November 1, 2024
Renew By License Expiration Date: December 31, 2024

Licenses not renewed by license expiration date are unlicensed and may not practice.

On-Time Cost to Renew
Electrologist (EL) – active status, $196.00
Electrologist (EL) – inactive status, $12.00
Restoration Information
(Restore within 1 year after license expiration)
Forfeited licenses may be restored within 1 year and subject to meeting restoration requirements.
Failure to restore a forfeited license within 1 year after the license expiration date will result in the termination of the license and the person must apply as a new applicant and meet current licensing requirements.
