How To
Renewal Information
(Renew by June 30 every even-numbered year)
  • All Licenses regardless of issuance date, are subject to renewal by June 30 of every even-numbered year.
On-time renewals for the licensing period of July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026
(Must renew by hardcopy only)
Renewals accepted: May 6, 2024 to June 30, 2024
Renewal Hardcopy Form Mailout: May 3, 2024
Renew By License Expiration Date: June 30, 2024

Licenses not renewed by license expiration date are unlicensed and may not practice.

Collection Agency (COLA) – $284.00
Collection Agency - Exempt Out-of-State (COLAX) – $284.00
Collection Agency Branch Location (COLB) – $284.00
Collection Agency - Exempt Out-of-State Branch Location (COLXB) - $284.00
Restoration Information
(Restore within 60 days after license expiration)
Forfeited licenses may be restored within 60 days and subject to meeting restoration requirements.
(Must restore by hardcopy only)
Failure to restore a forfeited license within 60 days after the license expiration date will result in the termination of the license and the person must apply as a new applicant and meet current licensing requirements.
