Cable Advisory Committee
The Cable Advisory Committee, created under Hawaii Revised Statutes § 440G-13, is appointed by the Governor, and confirmed by the Senate to advise the Director of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, upon his or her request, on matters regarding cable operators, and Public, Educational, and Governmental access organizations and on a variety of other cable television matters that affect the State of Hawaii.
