    • Providing you with information about RICO;
    • Providing you with information about filing a complaint or tip with RICO;
    • Providing RICO complaints history information on a licensee;
    • Providing information about the State Certified Arbitration Program or Lemon Law;
    • Providing tips and information related to hiring licensed contractors;
    • Running an online search to determine if a person or business has a professional or vocational license and is registered as a business in Hawaii. Unfortunately RICO cannot help you if you want to know anything more about a professional or vocational license, or a registered business in Hawaii. You must contact the Professional or Vocational Licensing Division, or Business Registration Division respectively, for help.

Requests for copies of RICO complaint records must be submitted in writing.   These forms are provided for your convenience but you are not required to use them.
