Renewal and Restoration Information

  • All Licenses regardless of issuance date, are subject to renewal by December 31 of every odd-numbered year.

Notice : To renew your license for the January 2022 – December 2023 period, you are required to submit an original certificate of completion of a National USPAP seven hour update course which you successfully completed in 2020 or 2021.

On-time renewals for the licensing period of January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023
Renewals accepted: November 8, 2021 to December 31, 2021
Renewal Hardcopy Form Mailout: November 5, 2021
Renew By License Expiration Date: December 31, 2021

Licenses not renewed by license expiration date are unlicensed and may not practice.

Forfeited licenses may be restored within 2 years and subject to meeting restoration requirements.
Failure to restore a forfeited license within 2 years after the license expiration date will result in the termination of the license and the person must apply as a new applicant and meet current licensing requirements.
