Renewal Information
(Renew by December 31 every odd-numbered year)
  • All Licenses regardless of issuance date, are subject to renewal by December 31 of every odd-numbered year.

Notice : To renew your license for the January 2024 – December 2025 period, you are required to submit an original certificate of completion of a National USPAP seven-hour update course which you successfully completed in 2022 or 2023.

On-time renewals for the licensing period of January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027
(Must renew by hardcopy only)
Renewals accepted: November 3, 2025 to December 31, 2025
Renewal Hardcopy Form Mailout: October 31, 2025
Renew By License Expiration Date: December 31, 2025

Licenses not renewed by license expiration date are unlicensed and may not practice.

Real Estate Appraisers - All (CGA, CRA, SLA) – active status, $302.00
Real Estate Appraisers - All (CGA, CRA, SLA) – inactive status, $12.00
Real Estate Appraiser Trainee (REAT) - $75.00

 

Restoration Information
(Restore within 2 years after license expiration)
Forfeited licenses may be restored within 2 years and subject to meeting restoration requirements.
(Must restore by hardcopy only)
Failure to restore a forfeited license within 2 years after the license expiration date will result in the termination of the license and the person must apply as a new applicant and meet current licensing requirements.
