Electrologist Application Deadline & Examination Dates
ELECTROLOGY EXAMINATION
A passing score on a Board approved examination is required to obtain a Hawaii Electrology license. Upon exam approval, applicants will be provided notification of eligibility. The notice will include information related to direct registration with the testing service. Please note that the eligibility for the Electrology examination is valid for twelve (12) months from the issuance of the examination approval letter.
APPROVAL FOR EXAMINATION
The Electrology examinations are offered by PSI Services, LLC.
Exam candidates may register for examination after the Board approves an applicant for examination and sends a letter of approval. Please allow up to 24 hours after the issuance of the approval letter to register for your examination.

EXAMINATION WAIVER
If you obtained a passing score on either the NIC or PSI Services LLC examination in another jurisdiction, you may qualify for an examination waiver.
