Board of Dentistry
Due to COVID-19 and for the health and safety of both consumers and staff, walk-in services at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs offices are available during abbreviated hours between 7:45 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday through Friday, until further notice. Please observe proper safety protocols (e.g., face covering and physical distancing) when visiting.
Staff will remain available during normal hours to meet the needs of the public over the phone and online. Community Service Dental Hygienist Renewal Information...
- All Licenses regardless of issuance date, are subject to renewal within one month prior to the license expiration date.
Licenses not renewed by license expiration date are unlicensed and may not practice and must reapply as a new applicant and meet current licensing requirements.
Dentist, Dental Hygienist and Community Service Dentist Renewal Information...
- All Licenses regardless of issuance date, are subject to renewal by December 31 of every odd-numbered year.
