ELECTRONIC PRINTING OF INSURANCE LICENSES NOW AVAILABLE

HONOLULU – The Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Insurance Division is pleased to announce that all active licensees may now print their active insurance licenses, at no cost, online beginning Monday, February 5, 2018.

Licensees and registrants may print their active licenses by visiting the Hawaii Insurance Licensee Services website at https://insurance.ehawaii.gov/diss or going to the “NEW – Print a License” link on the Insurance’s Divisions website at https://cca.hawaii.gov/ins.

“We’re extremely pleased to offer this new online service which has been highly requested from the insurance industry,” said Insurance Commissioner Gordon Ito.  “This is a continuation of the Insurance Division’s efforts to provide easy, efficient and paperless online services for our licensees.”

The Hawaii Insurance Licensee Services website enables 24/7 access to the printing of licenses, license searches, license renewals, and continuing education searches.  It was created through a partnership with the Hawaii Insurance Division and the State approved vendor, Hawaii Information Consortium (“HIC”).  HIC works with state agencies to enable them to conduct state business online and improve public access to government information.

If you have any questions regarding this online service, please contact the Insurance Division Licensing Branch at (808) 586-2788 or email [email protected].  For technical or login issues, please contact HIC Customer Service at (808) 695-4620.
