NONRESIDENT LIMITED LINES PRODUCER Car Rental – INDIVIDUAL (INITIAL LICENSE)
For initial or if you held a HI nonresident Limited Lines Producer Car Rental license that was inactive for more than one year.
You must hold an active equivalence license or license with “Car Rental” line of authority in the home state to apply for a non-resident limited lines producer car rental license in Hawaii.

Appointment:
An appointment is not required to be submitted at time of application, but an appointment must be in place to do business. Appointment and termination of appointment must be submitted online via NIPR. Paper submission is no longer acceptable

For initial or if you held a HI nonresident Limited Lines Producer Car Rental license that was inactive for more than one year.”

LATE RENEWAL: If you held a HI nonresident Limited Lines Producer Car Rental license that has been inactivated within one year of expiration.

REINSTATEMENT If you held a HI nonresident Limited Lines Producer Car Rental license that has been inactivated for more than one year. You must apply as a new applicant.
You will apply as a new applicant for initial application. Follow the same instructions and requirements in the beginning of the page to apply for the individual (Initial) or the business entity (initial) Limited Lines Producer Car Rental license via http://nipr.com (Use NIPR’s “Apply for a New License” online application).
