On Tuesday, May 9, 2017, the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affair’s, Insurance Division will convene a public forum regarding Hawaii’s State Innovation Waiver under section 1332 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010. The forum will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the King Kalakaua Building – Queen Liliuokalani Conference Room.
