Hi-WIFI HOTSPOTS OFFERING FREE SERVICE

Hi-WiFi is a continuing project of DCCA in partnership with the counties to evaluate the feasibility and cost of providing residents with unlimited, free internet access at government locations across the counties.  The pilot project was accomplished with the assistance of the County of Hawaii, and 7 hotspots on Hawaii Island are now operational and available free to the public from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.  DCCA is currently partnering with the County of Kauai to provide WiFi hotspots at county locations on Kauai.
