We are seeking team players for our examination team.

• 1 civil service position field branch:
  The Financial Institution Examiner, located in the safety and soundness section of the Field Examination Branch of the Division, conducts on-site and off-site examinations on financial institutions and money transmitters and other industries under the supervision of DFI as needed.
• 1 civil service position Administration branch:
  The Regulatory Analyst, located in the Administrative Branch  conducts research on industry inquiries under the jurisdiction of the division; develops and recommends administrative actions if appropriate; assist in the review and drafting of rules and regulations regarding supervision and regulation of industries within the jurisdiction of the Division; assist in the preparation of legislative proposals relating to the Division.
• 1 exempt position licensing branch (mortgage area):
  The Financial Institution Examiner, located in the mortgage section of the Licensing and Regulatory Analysis Branch of the Division, licenses new applicants, investigates complaints, conducts ongoing supervision of mortgage loan originators, mortgage loan originator companies, and mortgage servicer companies, and recommends administrative actions if appropriate.
