How do I request a copy or certified copy of a document filed with the Department?

Copies and certified copies of documents filed with the Department can be requested by phone, email, fax, mail, in person, or online. Payment must accompany all requests. The charge for regular copies is $3.00 (flat rate), for certified copies add an additional $10.00. You may also purchase a copy or certified copy online.  Search under your company name, open your record and go to the last tab titled, “Buy Available Docs.”
