How To
Renewal Information
(Renew by June 30 every even-numbered year)
  • All Licenses regardless of issuance date, are subject to renewal by June 30 of every even-numbered year.
On-time renewals for the licensing period of July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026
(Must Renew by Hardcopy Only)
Renewals accepted: May 6, 2024 to June 30, 2024
Renewal Hardcopy Form Mailout: May 3, 2024
Renew By License Expiration Date: June 30, 2024

Licenses not renewed by license expiration date are unlicensed and may not practice.

On-Time Cost to Renew
Employment Agency (EMA) active status – $250.00
Employment Agency (EMA) - inactive status – $12.00
Employment Agency Principal (EMP) - active status – $174.00
Employment Agency Principal (EMP) - inactive status - $12.00
Restoration Information
(Restore within 1 year after license expiration)
Forfeited licenses may be restored within 1 year and subject to meeting restoration requirements.
(Must restore by hardcopy only)
Failure to restore a forfeited license within 1 year after the license expiration date will result in the termination of the license and the person must apply as a new applicant and meet current licensing requirements.
