New Appraisal Qualifications Board Course Requirement

Effective January 1, 2026, Real Estate Appraiser applicants (trainee, SLA, CRA, CGA) are required to complete the “Valuation Bias and Fair Housing Laws and Regulations” course.

Effective January 1, 2026 Real Estate Appraiser licensees must complete the “Valuation Bias and Fair Housing Laws and Regulations” course in order to renew or restore licenses.
