Optometrist Continuing Education Renewal Requirements

ALL Optometrists MUST SUBMIT CE certificates for renewal by December 31 of every odd numbered year.

If renewing online you must submit:
  • Copy of online renewal confirmation;
  • CE certificates;
  • CE Audit Form;
If renewing  by hardcopy you must submit:

 

Failure to submit CE certificates by December 31 of every odd numbered year will result in the non-renewal of or disciplinary action being taken against your optometrist license.
