RENEWAL and RESTORATION INFORMATION
Triennial by June 30, starting 6/30/2008
On-time renewals for the licensing period of July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2020 concluded on Friday, June 30, 2017
Failure to timely renew by license expiration date will result in the forfeiture of the license. A forfeited license may be restored within one year of the expiration date and subject to meeting restoration requirements. Failure to restore a forfeited license within one year will result in the termination of the license and the person must apply as a new applicant and meet current licensing requirements.
Late renewals/restorations can be submitted online via “MyPVL” at https://pvl.ehawaii.gov/mypvl from July 1, 2017 through midnight (HST), June 30, 2018 and are subject to a late renewal fee.
Pursuant to Section 436B-14.5, HRS , any license held by a member of the armed forces, National Guard, or a reserve component that expires, is forfeited, or deemed delinquent while the member is on active duty and deployed during a state or national crisis shall be restored if certain restoration requirements are met.
