Applicants to apply to PVL after passing the examinations.

Administration of the National Opticianry Competency Examination (NOCE) and the National Contact Lens Registry Examination (NCLRE) are handled by the ABO/NCLE.  For more information, visit www.abo-ncle.org or call (703) 719-5800.  After passing the exams, file an application for licensure with our department and request the testing agency send your examination results directly to our office.
