Instructions On Filing A Complaint

It is advisable that you first contact Hawaiian Telcom Services Company Inc. or Oceanic Time Warner Cable now known as Spectrum Oceanic, LLC to answer or resolve your question or problem with your cable television service. Both Hawaiian Telcom and Spectrum Oceanic have service representatives and management personnel who are trained to handle your questions or complaints:

  • Hawaiian Telcom for all islands is (808) 643-6111
  • Spectrum Oceanic for all islands is (808) 643-2100

Hawaiian Telcom customers whose question or problem has not been adequately resolved after speaking with a supervisor may contact Hawaiian Telcom Customer Relations at (808) 643-3377 (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm) or by email at customer.relations@hawaiiantel.com.

If your question or problem has not been satisfactorily resolved by Hawaiian Telcom or Spectrum Oceanic, then please contact us here or by printing out and completing the form below and then submitting it via the following:
