4:45 p.m. FINAL UPDATE: Hawaiian Electric ends Public Safety Power Shutoff watch

No PSPS outages implemented

HONOLULU, Oct. 25, 2025 – With the cancellation of the National Weather Service’s Red Flag Warning for all Hawaiian Islands at 4:30 p.m. today, Hawaiian Electric has ended its Public
Safety Power Shutoff watch on Oʻahu.

Hawaiian Electric did not need to shut off power to customers under its PSPS program. Any power outages were unrelated to the PSPS program.
