Instructions On Filing A Complaint

Please contact Hawaiian Telcom Services Company, Inc. (Hawaiian Telcom) or Spectrum Oceanic, LLC, formerly known as Oceanic Time Warner Cable, (Spectrum) first to answer or resolve your question or problem with your cable television service. Both Hawaiian Telcom and Spectrum have service representatives and management personnel who are trained to handle your questions or complaints:

  • Spectrum for all islands is (808) 643-2100

Hawaiian Telcom customers whose question or problem has not been adequately resolved after speaking with a supervisor may contact Hawaiian Telcom Customer Relations at (808) 643-3377 (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm) or by email at [email protected].
