Hawaii Post-secondary Education Authorization Program

On November 16, 2015, Education Management Corporation (EDMC) announced that it reached comprehensive agreements with the U.S. Department of Justice and attorneys general in 39 states, including Hawaii, over its past recruiting practices. EDMC is parent to Argosy University. In addition to corrective action, under the terms of the consent judgment, qualified former students may receive loan forgiveness.
