Consumer Advocacy – Public Utilities (DCA)

The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) granted Young Brothers (YB) temporary rate relief request, set forth in YB Motion for Relief, filed July 7, 2020. The PUC found that, in light of extraordinary circumstances, YB is entitled to its requested rate increase for the purposes of temporary rate relief.
